We now ship worldwide! Please keep in mind that shipping costs for international orders may vary.

Website Purchases:

Please allow up to 3 to 5 days of processing and 3 to 7 days for shipping.

Live Sale Purchases:

Please refer to the estimated shipping timeline below: 

Day 1: Live Sale (Wednesday)

Day 2 to Day 3: Invoicing (Thursday to Friday)

Day 3 to Day 5: Packing (Friday to Sunday)

Day 6 to Day 7: Ship Out (Monday to Tuesday)

Allow 3 to 7 days for shipping.

This is our standard timeline. Please keep in mind that your item may arrive sooner, or that there may be delays during the holiday season & vacation time.

Yes.

You will receive a tracking number via Email. Please allow us 7 days before contacting us for your tracking number. We do our best to get out orders as fast as possible. Please remember we are a two person team.

We do not cover insurance costs for any packages. If you would like to add insurance for an additional cost, please contact us through Instagram DM or email skylitcrystals@gmail.com before checking out.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please claim & purchase responsibly. Once you claim, you are responsible for paying.

Once we ship out your package, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a tracking number & is shipped via USPS or UPS. Please contact your local post office with any issues you may have with your order.

We will offer store credit for a broken item as long as the buyer provides a photo or proof within 48 hours of delivery date.


We may also offer a replacement depending on situation and availability.

Instagram Live Sale Information

Live sales are when we curate a table filled with our best crystals and showcase them for you to purchase on live video via Instagram. It gives us an opportuniy to get to know our customers and other small businesses in the crystal community. Please refer to our instagram to see when we will be hosting our next live sale!

If you see something you would like to purchase during the sale, please feel free to claim by typing any word + the price (the number on the crystal) in the chat. 

Whoever pops up on our screen first will have it added to their box.

Our screens will appear different. Sometimes what shows up first on your screen will not be the case for us. 

If you think we cannot see your comments, type "Unblock" and an emoji in the chat because Instagram will block people from chatting sometimes.

Please Read - Only claim if you are 100% going to purchase. You will be responsible for purchasing the item after claiming. This ensures fairness for us and other customers. If you violate this policy, we will block you from future live sales.

After each live sale, we will make you a listing and post them on our website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the listings to be posted. When your listing is ready, we will send you a link of your listing through Instagram DM. You can also access your listing under the Live Sale Listings tab.

Each listing will be titled using your Instagram username (i.e @skylitcrystals).

Add the listing to your cart & check out. Please double check that you only added your listing to your cart. Do not pay for someone else's listing.

Please Read - All listings must be paid within 24 hours of posting. Failure to pay your invoice within the time period or without open communication will result to being blocked from future sales.
